Downtown Miami

Here you’ll find all the information about Downtown Miami

Downtown Miami is not a very large neighborhood (only runs from first street all the way to around 16th street) but it has a lot to offer.
Starting with the Views, most of the condos that are on Biscayne, they all have amazing views because they are looking east where the bayfront park is, and there are not any buildings there so you get beautiful unobstructed water views!

Downtown Miami has many things to do, like Bayside: It’s an outdoor shopping-marketplace, it has tons of restaurants on the edge, right on the water.
American Airline Arena (AAA) (now called FTX Arena)It’s a huge arena where you could go and watch a Miami Heat game, a concert or any of the large events that take place in the AAA with seating for over 20,000 people.
Two museums: The Pérez Art Museum and The Frost Science Museum where besides the museums, there are always events and activities going on there. Between the two museums and the arena there is a huge green park that is right next to the water, where people go with their dogs or just sit down and hang out in the grass relax or maybe picnic while watching the beautiful Miami blue skies and birds flying across the biscayne bay.

Similar to Brickell, Downtown Miami is very walkable, there are also tons of electric scooters and bikes for you to use just by downloading the app. Transportation here is really easy, you can take several types of buses, the train, trolleys and the metromover passes through here which can take you to Brickell, the city center and other locations nearby.
