Edgewater is one of my favorite neighborhoods to live in Miami. As it is not as crowded or urban as Brickell or Downtown Miami but it is only 5 minutes away and offers many of the same quality lifestyle options. Like walkability, tons of bars and restaurants, amazing views and awesome young professionals from all over the world.

Edgewater`s condos have amazing unobstructed water views. If you get a condo facing east, northeast or southeast you will have beautiful Biscayne bay views, the port of Miami where you can watch the newest and largest cruises arrive and depart on a daily basis , the venetian islands and its gorgeous mansions on the water and beautiful sunrises.
Edgewater has been growing rapidly with many new gorgeous construction projects like Elysee Miami, Aria Reserve, Gran Paraiso, and Missoni Baia.

Edgewater also has really nice parks, like Margaret Park where people go there with their dogs and hang out, watching the sunset and hangout after work.

The location of Edgewater is just excellent, for example it is only five minutes aways from Wynwood which has been growing with lots of art galleries, tons of bars, clubs and superb restaurants. Only 10 minutes to Miami Beach, 5 mins to the highway and 5 mins to Downtown Miami.
